The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of mobile device management platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

What your impact will look like here:
  • Design, implement, and manage mobile device management solutions to ensure seamless integration with our existing IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and compliance of mobile devices within Granicus.
  • Develop and enforce mobile device policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and efficiency of mobile operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices, addressing connectivity, performance, and security issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of mobile devices to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate mobile devices with enterprise systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in mobile device management technologies and industry trends.
  • Train and educate end-users on mobile device policies, security practices, and usage guidelines.
  • Participate in the planning and executing of mobile device deployment projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of mobile device configurations, policies, and procedures.
You will love this job if you have:
  • Proven experience in mobile device management and support, with a strong understanding of MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to a diverse audience.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and mobile application management.
  • Experience with security protocols and practices related to mobile devices, including encryption, MFA, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications related to mobile device management or IT security are a plus.
