Opulence Global is looking for a competent, detail-oriented
Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the online orders shipping process for the organization.

Their primary duties include overseeing shipping, responding to exemptions or questions from couriers and customs, and providing shipping instructions and information.


Primary responsibilities

  • Prepare, Coordinate and monitor the domestic and international shipping process
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Communicate with couriers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure packaging/shipping materials and equipment meet operational needs
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Perform other duties as requested
  • Ability to lift up daily online orders packages up to 10 lbs
  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator/ CSR representative
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Computersavvy with a working knowledge of global logístical practices
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must speak, read and write English and one or more languages fluently
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Education

  • Secondary Education or equivalent
