Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator are:
Support the Superintendent:
Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
Preparation and management or various project related documents, such as work orders, quotes, purchase orders and Change orders, etc.
High volume file management; Support the field operations:Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc.
Experience working in construction environment is considered an assetAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible
Able to prioritize competing deadlines and manage a high volume workload efficiently
Customer service oriented with a courteous and professional phone manner
Strong skills using the Microsoft office package; work, Excel and Outlook.
