Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate and track sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Complete tours of the centre with new families interested in enrolling
  • Support classrooms and Front office team as needed
  • Other duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Strong phone and listening skills
  • Personable and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and dependable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Great timemanagement skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Above & Beyond:

  • Knowledge in Early Childhood Education
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
