This opportunity is for a 1 Year Term beginning September, 2023 until October, 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance into best in class methodologies for talent acquisition
  • Work with leadership teams to understand key business issues and develop appropriate staffing plans
  • Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques
  • Act as a liaison and project manager with approved thirdparty agencies and vendors who provide additional recruitingrelated services to the organization
  • Utilize recruitment technology to elevate success and speed of recruitment activities
  • Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards and make recommendations to improve processes based on market trends

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources or other related field is preferred
  • 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Professional services industry experience, with successful recruit of senior level professionals
  • Understanding of recruitment technology and social media solutions
