Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing intentions.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest level, budget, and specific requirements.
- Determine the appropriate sales representative or department for qualified leads and pass them along efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and followup on leads.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Enthusiasm for eBikes and outdoor activities is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
