About the position :

Le groupe TAC est à la recherche de coordonnateurs de programmes et de site francophones, expérimentés, dynamiques et passionnés, pour coordonner la programmation en français lors de ses camps de jour d'été en anglais et en immersion française pour les campeurs âgés de quatre à douze ans sur le campus de la TFS – Canada's International School, à Toronto, en Ontario.

Nos camps d'été proposent une offre unique de programmes, un peu comme l'université pour enfants, où les enfants apprennent un sport ou une compétence spécialisée avec des entraîneurs experts. Nos programmes offrent une occasion unique de développer les compétences, le caractère et le leadership, dans un environnement amusant et rapide.

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de l'élaboration et de la prestation de programmes complets du camp francophone (éducatifs) pour les campeurs et les étudiants. Il s'agit d'un poste unique pour les candidats retenus.

Les trois principaux piliers du camp sont le sport, les STIM et l'éco-durabilité. TAC Group est impatient de travailler avec des candidats internationaux et locaux dans une expérience d'été incroyable célébrant l'acquisition de compétences et l'excellence en français.

Responsabilités :

Élaborer et réviser les programmes de sport, de science et de l'éco-durabilité ainsi que les plans de cours en français. Surveiller les programmes, encadrer le succès et l'excellence, et engager les jeunes dans leur développement et le leadership. Fournir des responsabilités et des instructions claires au personnel de soutien du programme et aux instructeurs. Contrôler la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble du plan de cours hebdomadaire pour les activités du camp et fournir un retour aux instructeurs. Respecter l'initiative SafeChild de TAC Sports, y compris le suivi des notes médicales, des allergies, de l'assiduité, de l'enregistrement des entrées et sorties et de notre programme d'entretien des installations.

Qualifications :

Francophone, maîtrise du français à un degré élevé. Diplôme universitaire ou post-universitaire de préférence. Expérience préalable et passion pour le travail avec les jeunes enfants. Connaissance des sciences, de la technologie et de l'athlétisme de préférence. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication. Intérêt à suivre la mission et la philosophie de l'école. Vérification policière du secteur vulnérable. Qualifications en RCR et en premiers soins ou volonté de se former.
