The Dishwasher is responsible for a number of tasks, primarily focusing attention on collecting and cleaning dishes from the kitchen and the tasting room, and additionally, at times will be required to help prep food in the kitchen when needed.


This opportunity is an excellent chance for someone who is looking for a part-time job who would like to advance their experience in the restaurant industry.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wash, stack, and store glassware, silverware, cookware, storage containers, and other various kitchen items.
  • Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas and always ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils for the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean, clutterfree, and organized working space.
  • Preparing kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking stations.
  • Performing various cleaning procedures on machines, appliances, counters, and other various items used in the kitchen.
  • Support other Campfire Kitchen and Tasting Room team members with other tasks, as needed.
  • Ensure work area(s) remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all Company and provincial guidelines are upheld regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
  • Roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to get the job done and complete other duties as required within the same scope and level.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
  • Quickly adapts to fastpaced environments and can accurately execute assigned tasks
  • Knowledge of restaurant health and safety protocols
  • Flexible, dependable, and dedicated
