In this position, you will lead the architecture, implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Industries Cloud applications and solutions for CloudKettle and its clients. Your responsibilities also include mentoring team members, documentation, deployment best practices, and testing.
Location: Halifax, NS (hybrid) or Remote within Canada
Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role on major Salesforce Industries Cloud projects to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the building of solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing tools like OmniStudio, Flows, and LWCs.
- Utilize your knowledge of complex Salesforce ecosystems to deliver custom solutions.
- Collaborate with Admins, Developers, and Leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively on client projects.
- Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications within Salesforce.
- Lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions.
- Work with teams to estimate technical solutions and software development.
- Establish technical standards for Salesforce solutions development and integration.
- Conduct audit and security checks of client instances.
- Design and develop automated solutions to enhance CloudKettle's practice.
- Enforce best practices and design patterns.
- Provide end-user support and proactive best practices to clients.
- Participate in client meetings to communicate status and recommendations.
- Seek continuous improvement in delivering Salesforce Solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in Industries Cloud.
- Hold certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or B2B Solution Architect.
- Additional certifications in OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, and specific Industry Clouds.
- Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in data migration to Salesforce Industries Cloud.
- Proficiency in automation rules, Apex classes, Triggers, and APIs.
- Expertise in Salesforce object model, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Industries Cloud with 3rd party applications.
- Experience in training team members or clients is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Development, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
