We are actively looking for a
Clinic Manager who is willing to work as a team, brings positive energy to the clinic and the patients, well-adapts to a new environment, and passionate about taking various caseload.

We are a multi-disciplinary clinic with a team of medical doctors, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, acupuncturists, and kinesiologists.


We have served the community for more than 10 years, and now in the process of re-teaming our rehab group.

We are thrilled to take our practitioners and patients to our newly remodelled and fully equipped facility.

In this role, you will

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  • Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory of office supplies
  • Provide coordination support by organizing documents, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
  • Assist with various receptionist duties
  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating the schedule, managing staff, and ensuring that the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Supervise and lead a team of heart health professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Help with company marketing in community, social network, and other types of media.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer software
  • Experience with JaneApp is an asset
  • Fluency in Korean is an asset
