About the role

The Manager-Product Fulfillment is responsible for overseeing the procurement, accuracy, fulfilment, and delivery of software licenses and hardware products and solutions to our customers and internal business divisions.

The manager coordinates procurement, quoting, logistics, inventory control, and vendor/distributor management using strong project management and communication skills.

As head of the Product Fulfillment team, the manager participates in the setting of yearly strategic goals and managing staff to meet or exceed goals.

Reports to Vice President, Customer Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Product Fulfillment

  • 80%
  • Oversees product fulfillment, inventory control, vendor/distributor management, and logistics.
  • Works with Bulletproof clients, vendors, partners, and distributors, as well as internal business divisions, to ensure accurate product fulfillment for both Bulletproof customers and Bulletproof internal divisions.
  • Ensures customer quote accuracy, with keen attention to list prices, margins, and customer cost.
  • Submits deal registrations on behalf of Bulletproof Sales Team.
  • Manages Bulletproof's order/quoting system.
  • Leads and manages multiple projects at one time.
  • Streamlines processes and drives continuous improvement in all aspects of the product including quality, service, productivity, and overall costs.
  • Maintains positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develops and nurtures crossfunctional relationships throughout Bulletproof and supply chain partners to achieve corporate goals and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Forecast demand to facilitate inventory management.
  • Ensures quality standards are achieved and deadlines are met.
Management

  • The Senior Manager has multiple direct reports and will design and direct the work of the functional area.
  • Delegates responsibilities for projects and initiatives to the Product Fulfillment team as appropriate to achieve positive change.
  • Provides leadership, direction, and coaching to the Bulletproof Fulfillment team to successfully accomplish operational goals and attain optimum performance levels.
  • Sets goals and objectives that align with company strategy to inspire, motivate and produce results.
  • Conducts an effective employee selection, hiring, onboarding and professional development process.
  • Manages talent performance through coaching, positive communication, consistent feedback, one to ones and monthly department meetings resulting in improved performance.
  • Ensures all Company timelines are met for processes, trainings and initiatives.
  • Participates in Company sponsored events.
  • Handles all issues that arise within the department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the executive management team.

Required Education & Credentials:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration, Business Administration or Sales.

  • Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) negotiations training, considered an asset.
  • PMP certification, considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and product quoting tools.
