Overview

Our Commercial Multi-National team is looking to add a Client Solutions Manager to the team. Reporting to the AVP of Client Solutions, you will work closely with our multi-national clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service that Gallagher is renowned for.

Responsibilities include managing an existing client portfolio by handling renewals, policy changes, diverse accounts, and collaborating with insurers.


Work Environment

Hybrid (Agile) Approach: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while fostering collaboration in the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a designated portfolio of Multi-National Clientele
  • Lead business retention efforts and nurture customer relationships
  • Review accounts at renewal and place necessary coverage
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and identify sales opportunities
  • Stay updated on insurance market trends and products

About You:

  • Solution-oriented with innovative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in technology and eager to learn new tools
  • Experience in Commercial Lines with multi-national accounts
  • Active licenses and relevant certifications are a plus
  • French/English bilingualism is an asset
