Compensation:
$17- $20/ hour (depending on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing tasks with tenants and contractors to ensure timely completion
  • Verify invoices and assist with payments
  • Take care of paper work, filing forms and notices with tenants. Training will be provided on these
  • Help with ordering materials from stores
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in office administration or related field
  • Knowledge of task management apps and tools
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends but flexibility

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 5 per week

Salary:
$12.35-$36.93 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
