As of Sept 2024, we own and manage rental properties in Downtown Montreal for a total of 500+ units. One of our past notable successes is Chelsea House, a high end student residence near Concordia & McGill. Join Our Team as a Sales Manager
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales and building high-performing teams?

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the team meets its goals.

Market Analysis:
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to keep our sales strategies relevant and competitive.

Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and drive business growth.

Experience:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry

Communication Skills:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.


Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our clients and team.
