POSITION PROFILE

  • Act as a unique point of contact between the customer and MAPPS Canada for spare and repair activities;
  • Update and maintain our ERP system;
  • Coordinate spares, repair and overhaul customer requirements including quotations;
  • Followup on customer proposals in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate work orders, procurement, inspection and testing activities with other departments;
  • Coordinate shipments in collaboration with the traffic/shipping team;
  • Accurate recordkeeping for all customer correspondence, orders and quotations in SharePoint;
  • Prepare customer invoices and contract approval forms;
  • Comply with Customer Service and Project Management departments' metrics and objectives;
  • Provide timely and concise feedback to customers.
