As an Account Executive at BIOFLEX (Meditech International Inc.), you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales goals by fostering quality relationships and raising awareness among prospective clients.

Major Responsibilities:

Business Development:In the realm of business development, you will be tasked with creating a comprehensive and strategic plan to identify and engage potential BIOFLEX Laser business within your designated territory. This involves a thorough analysis of the market landscape, competitor insights, and potential client needs. Once the plan is approved, your role is to meticulously execute it, employing targeted initiatives that align with our overarching sales objectives. This demands a proactive approach to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, ensuring the growth and success of the BIOFLEX Laser business.

Lead Management:Effective lead management is pivotal to success in this role. You will be responsible for systematically following up on internet sales leads, converting them into tangible opportunities, and building a robust prospect funnel. Simultaneously, you will play a key role in expanding business with existing accounts. This involves providing exemplary customer service, anticipating and resolving issues proactively, and cultivating a positive customer experience that fosters long-term relationships and repeat business.

Client Relationship Management:Your role extends beyond initial interactions. Through regular business reviews, your objective is not just to meet but to exceed client expectations. This involves gaining an in-depth understanding of their evolving needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring that our products and services align seamlessly with their objectives. As part of client relationship management, you will also be responsible for preparing quotes, purchase agreements, and providing essential information as requested by prospective clients.

Prospect Development:Prospect development involves a multi-faceted approach to transforming potential leads into valued clients. This includes identifying and cultivating prospects through diverse lead generation activities such as cold calling, personalized mailouts, face-to-face meetings, and strategic follow-ups. Your aim is to build meaningful connections and demonstrate the value proposition of BIOFLEX Laser products and services. Additionally, maintaining a consistent presence in the marketplace through participation in networking organizations and events is integral to creating brand awareness and fostering client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a related field.
  • Preference given to individuals with a background in Health Sciences.
  • One year of experience in the Sales field.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful outbound sales.
