Enrolment Coordinator, International


The International Enrolment Coordinator supports the college in achieving registration targets and ensuring that processes provide a positive experience for applicants, students, and system users.

The incumbent works closely with International Department teams to manage the international applicant funnel efficiently, precisely and utilizes data to improve conversion with the goal to supporting student experience and realizing international student enrolment at all Mohawk College campuses.


Responsibilities:

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Applicant Funnel and Seat Management

  • Develops forecasts and seat allocations
  • Maintains applicant waitlists
  • Monitors applicant funnel to point of registration, segmenting data for specific action to encourage conversion and maximize enrolment.
  • Monitors retention of international students

Reporting
-
Works with colleagues to develop dashboards for department and college-wide stakeholders and requests from leadership.

  • Provides regular updates to leadership on developing trends and any areas of concern.

Process and System Enhancements
-
Identifies and puts forth ideas, options, and alternatives for operational process efficiencies in a spirit of continuous improvement.

  • Creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Participating in projects and system implementations as they connect to, and relate to, international applicant funnel and student enrolment.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3year diploma/degree or equivalent in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, Analysis, or Analytics
  • Experience within international strategic enrollment management is preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment and understanding of human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion with the ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of students, employees and the community.
