  • En mettant l'accent sur le service à la clientèle, le spécialiste des réclamations de contenu d'edjuster - Field agit en tant qu'intermédiaire entre les experts en sinistres de la compagnie d'assurance et leurs assurés en aidant à l'inventaire et à l'évaluation du contenu de la perte totale de l'assuré/du demandeur, qui sont le plus souvent causés par le vol , eau, incendie et autres périls.
  • Edjuster se concentre sur le traitement précis et rapide des réclamations de contenu, via l'utilisation de la méthodologie de traitement des réclamations d'edjuster et de sa plate-forme de traitement et de tarification des réclamations de contenu - excclaim.
  • Les employés d'Edjuster opèrent à partir de leurs bureaux à domicile convenablement aménagés et équipés et reçoivent régulièrement (quotidiennement/hebdomadairement) de nouveaux dossiers de réclamation.
  • Les spécialistes des réclamations de contenu d'edjuster sont chargés d'enregistrer toutes les activités quotidiennes de traitement des réclamations, en ce qui concerne les heures travaillées / le temps passé par tâche, ainsi que de remplir toutes leurs tâches administratives requises.
Responsabilités

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, les responsabilités comprenaient, mais ne sont pas limitées à ce qui suit :

  • Effectuer une visite sur place pour rencontrer les experts en sinistres/assurés et d'autres fournisseurs de l'industrie et effectuer l'inventaire du contenu de la perte totale.
  • Assurer la cohérence et la qualité/le traitement de toutes les réclamations conformément aux normes de productivité et de performance de la société.
  • Travailler avec le soutien d'autres équipes d'edjuster pour organiser/diriger les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation de l'inventaire et de l'évaluation LKQ de tous les contenus de pertes totales de manière efficace et efficiente selon les normes de productivité.
  • Adhérez à l'engagement d'edjuster Inc. à fournir des mises à jour opportunes et informatives sur le processus de réclamation de contenu aux experts/assurés.
  • Remplir/soumettre quotidiennement des journaux de travail/temps détaillés, pour toutes les tâches de réclamation terminées.
  • Tenir à jour les notes relatives aux réclamations dans la plate-forme de la société exclamer, liées aux diverses tâches impliquées dans le traitement de la réclamation.
  • Garantir l'achèvement/la tarification en temps opportun et précis de tous les articles en suspens, qui n'ont pas été évalués par d'autres équipes et qui respectent les normes Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ).
  • Promouvoir constamment la marque, l'image et la réputation d'edjuster de manière professionnelle et positive.
  • Peut être exposé à diverses conditions (froid, chaleur, pluie, débris, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Un diplôme d'études secondaires.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans la plupart des circonstances, avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Une expérience préalable dans le secteur des réclamations immobilières serait considérée comme un atout.
  • Être en mesure de fournir un espace de travail adéquat, sans bruit.
  • L'employé doit fournir son propre service Internet haute vitesse.

Position Summary We are hiring a Bilingual Content Claims Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The role of Content Claims Specialists is a multi-faceted role, which focuses primarily in the following four key areas of edjuster's content claims handling operations: - With a high focus on customer service, edjuster's Content Claims Specialist – Field act as an intermediary between the Insurance Company's property adjusters, and their policyholders assisting with the inventory and valuations of the policyholder's/claimant's total loss contents, which are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils. - Edjuster focuses on the accurate and timely processing of content claims, via the use of edjuster's claims handling methodology and its content claims processing and pricing platform– exclaim. - Edjuster employees operate from their appropriately set up and equipped home-based offices and are consistently (daily/weekly basis) assigned new claim files. - edjuster's Content Claims Specialists are responsible for recording all daily claims handling activity, with respect to hours worked/time spent per task as well as fulfilling all of their required administrative job duties.
Responsibilities

As part of this role, responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct onsite visit to meet the adjusters/policyholders and other industry vendors and conduct the inventory of the total loss contents.
  • Ensure consistent and quality/turnaround of all claims in accordance with the Company's productivity and performance standards.
  • Work with the support of other teams at edjuster to organize/direct the resources required for completing the inventory and LKQ valuation of all total loss contents in an efficient and effective manner per productivity standards.
  • Adhere to edjuster Inc.'s commitment to timely and informative updates on the content claims process to adjusters/policyholders.
  • Complete/submit detailed work/time logs daily, for all claim task completed.
  • Maintain claim related notes in the Company's platform exclaim, related to various tasks involved in handling the claim.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion/pricing of all outstanding items, which have not been priced via other teams and adhering to Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ) standards.
  • Consistently promote edjuster's brand, image, and reputation in a professional and positive manner.
  • May be exposed to diverse conditions (cold, heat, rain, debris, etc.).
Requirements
  • A Secondary School diploma.
  • Ability to work independently in most circumstances, with minimal supervision.
  • Some prior background/experience in the Property claims industry would be considered an asset.
  • Be able to provide an adequate workspace, free of noise.
  • Employee must provide their own high-speed internet service.
  • Company equipment including laptop will be provided. It is the employee's responsibility to care and maintain the equipment, as per policy.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Occasional Overnight travel may be required, any business-related expense would be covered by edjuster.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office/Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
