Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.Handle invoicing, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.Perform bank statement and credit card reconciliations.Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence as required.File and organize financial documents and records.Others duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must have experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.Experience with QuickBooks is a mustProficiency in Microsoft 365.Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Finance, Office Administration, or related field.15 – 20 hours of work per week.
