Role: Merchandiser in Toronto Core

Compensation: $19 per hour + $0.61 per km vehicle allowance reimbursement

Responsibilities:

  • Lead merchandising efforts for all products, general distribution, and promotions
  • Develop strong business relationships with customers
  • Provide management with up-to-date competitive insights and market opportunities
  • Execute sales objectives
  • Enhance product marketability through various strategies
  • Build creative displays to showcase brands
  • Coordinate merchandising activities with sales teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations and market trends

Required Skills:

  • College degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Reliable transportation with insurance

Physical Demands:

  • Carrying and lifting up to 65 pounds
  • Standing, walking, squatting, and bending as necessary
