Tremcar West is a service shop for Tremcar Inc, which is one of the 4 largest tank trailer manufacturers in North America, serving nearly 5,000 customers in its factories.
Job Description:
Phones/Customer inquiries
- Answer incoming calls both promptly and professionally and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Take written messages when personnel are not available.
- Page employees for urgent calls.
Incoming Mail
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Prepare all outgoing mail.
Invoicing and Deposits
- Deposit cheques.
- Prepare bank deposits and cash receipt deposits.
- Process payments using Visa and/or Interac machines as required.
- Daily invoicing.
- Accounts receivable and payable.
- Fax monthly statements.
- Closing and typing of work orders.
- File paperwork as necessary.
- Contact service providers for any service calls or issues related to the photocopier, fax machine or other office equipment.
- Support company policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies.
- Assist the parts manager with part sales.
- Other duties as required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
No evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
