Our office is located a 2 minutes walk from St Clair Subway Station and searching for a friendly, versatile and knowledgeable full time Dental Receptionist to help us run the office.
We are fast-paced but also fun and supportive.- checking in/out patients assuring their next recall/treatment is booked
- collecting payments and entering it properly, our office is mostly non-assignment
- doing recalls whenever possible
- putting together statements and invoices to be paid
- accounts receivables
- generating and checking day end for accuracy
