We are actively seeking experienced Client Solutions Advisors in the Greater Toronto Area.

Job Overview:

As a Client Solutions Advisor, your main responsibility is onboarding customers who have purchased a mortgage through our indirect mortgage salesforce. You will focus on strengthening customer relationships by offering banking solutions.

  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining trustful relationships with customers, Mortgage Brokers, and key Scotiabank partners to ensure a smooth transition for the customer.
  • You should be flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings, and be willing to meet customers both in person and virtually at their convenience.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours are required.
