Client Solutions Advisor
We are actively seeking experienced Client Solutions Advisors in the Greater Toronto Area.
Job Overview:
As a Client Solutions Advisor, your main responsibility is onboarding customers who have purchased a mortgage through our indirect mortgage salesforce. You will focus on strengthening customer relationships by offering banking solutions.

- If you are results-oriented, driven, possess strong sales skills, and enjoy connecting with new individuals, then this role is for you.
- Responsibilities include building and maintaining trustful relationships with customers, Mortgage Brokers, and key Scotiabank partners to ensure a smooth transition for the customer.
- You should be flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings, and be willing to meet customers both in person and virtually at their convenience.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours are required.

- You have a proven track record of excelling in sales (across various industries), with a preference for at least 2 years of sales experience.
