Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair various types of Water Treatment equipment and systems in the field
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and provide solutions
  • Document all service activities, including repairs and replacements
  • Provide technical support to customers over the phone or in person
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working onsite

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical manuals
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Understanding of low voltage systems is beneficial
