Applicants should be experienced in administrative work and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing completed jobs
  • Requesting PO's
  • Pulling permits as requested
  • Tracking of rental equipment and invoicing accordingly
  • Strong communication with our Project Managers for quote inquiries
  • Admin support for our Dispatcher

Skills and requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and think quick on your feet
  • Be a team player
  • Be personable and adaptable
  • Be extremely detail oriented
  • Be proactive and display great problemsolving skills
  • Be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers, trade workers/technicians, and city officials
  • Be able to manage occasional high stress situations

Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance work or restoration is considered an asset
  • Comfortable with technology computers, new software, multiline phone system
  • Knowledge with electrical/construction services an asset; can be taught
  • Experience with MS word, Excel, and QuickBooks an asset
  • 12 years in a similar admin role
  • Dependable, works well independently and part of a team
This faced paced role is perfect for someone who wants a challenge and enjoys several moving parts. Salary is $25 per hour and is based on experience.
