Hours:

Mondays-Fridays, 8:30am-4:30pm**
Position Overview:Working mainly independently with guidance from the Manager, provides support to our customers and acts as an escalation point to our customers for service issues and concerns.

Is responsible for the efficiency of their own work, and has considerable impact on the efficient operation of the department specifically, and the Company in general by sharing customer feedback supported by CRM metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in new client onboarding
  • Engage with all departments within CW banner to address customer concerns
  • Track and trace of shipments from water to availability (escalations)
  • Data entry such as allocating shipments/inventory on off hold
  • Process Order Entry/Order confirmation

Required Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:

  • Customercentric approach and excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Moderate excel skills.
  • Familiar with CRM Modules and Outlook.
  • Experience in Customer Service & Admin
  • Strong data entry skills and a pleasant phone manner
  • Ability to work in a deadline oriented, fast paced and fun working environment
  • Being a self starter able to work both independently and as part of a team
