We are a dynamic and innovative Clinical Trials Site located in Brampton, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Coordinator.

This role is integral to our mission of advancing medical research and patient care.

Duties:

  • Coordinate the operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care
  • Collect and manage patient data, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and protocols for patient confidentiality and data management
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth trial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate verbally in Punjabi
  • Previous experience in clinical research or trials is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Benefits:

  • Onsite parking

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
