You Have:
- Postsecondary school education in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure and Operations.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring systems and components.
- Extensive routing and switching infrastructure experience a requirement
- Experience operating in ITIL Framework for Change, incident, and problem management.
- CCNA, CCNP, Azure Network Engineer and related technical certifications are an asset
