Assistant-e Des Programmes Linc Et Etablissement

- **Durée du contrat**: 1 an minimum (avec possibilité de prolongation - remplacement d'un congé parental)
Le Collège Éducacentre est actuellement à la recherche d'une personne qualifiée et expérimentée pour occuper la fonction d'assistant aux programmes LINC et Établissement francophone. La personne recrutée aura comme fonction d'assister les coordinations et les équipes des deux programmes.
**Responsabilités et nature de l'emploi**:
- Assister les coordinations et les équipes des programmes LINC et Établissement francophone.
- Gérer l'accueil (accueillir la clientèle, répondre au téléphone, donner les informations sur les programmes,).
- Répondre aux besoins des clients des programmes.
- Inscrire les nouveaux clients.
- Enregistrer les étudiants dans le système informatique et gérer le matériel et les dossiers des étudiants pour LINC.
- Gérer les fournitures et le matériel pour les programmes.
- Gérer l'ouverture et la fermeture du campus de Surrey (9h - 17h).
- Autres tâches connexes.
**Qualifications**:
- Titulaire d'un diplôme post-secondaire.
- Avoir une expérience pertinente sur une fonction similaire.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la communication.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe ainsi qu
- en autonomie avec un minimum de supervision.
- A l'aise avec les outils informatiques et notamment avec la suite Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellentes compétences orales et écrites en français et en anglais (la maîtrise d'une autre langue est un atout).
- Polyvalent, autonome et organisé.
- Être sensible aux diverses valeurs et cultures.
- Intégrité, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité sont des atouts essentiels pour ce poste.
