Opportunity Description
Lytica is looking for an Intermediate BDR (Business Development Representative) to uncover new long-term customers for our products.

You are an ideal fit for this role if you have demonstrated success at another B2B company.

You are an energetic, inquisitive, passionate professional who is interested in growing, continuous learning, and building your skills within our company.

You are data-driven and take pride in your ability to uncover prospective opportunities hidden within a sea of data. Prior experience as a BDR or related role is a requisite. A technical minor and a curiosity about all things hi-tech is an asset.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in; Business, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • 2+ years of BDR experience within a B2B SaaS company
  • Competence with CRM workflows & sequencing, and related tools
  • Demonstrated success at consistently achieving monthly quotas
  • An impressive talent for research, prospecting, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities
  • Ability to engage and establish trust/credibility with key decision makers including senior executives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience within the electronic component/equipment supply chain is not a requisite, but would be an asset
