Position Overview

What You Will Do

  • Taking a team approach, support our Advisor clients with daytoday inquiries and any specific requests for assistance
- relating to Systems, Compliance, Trading, Estates, and more

  • Provide training to advisors and their branches/teams
  • Provide support to/work with other departments as required for multifaceted issues
  • Work on projectspecific tasks relating to procedural updates
  • Assisting and supporting management on adhoc and priority items

You Will Bring:

  • 13 years' experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries focus on very strong client service skills
  • Industry related academic experience (ex. CSC, CPH) or an evidenced commitment towards further education
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment
