We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our
fully remote team

What you'll be working on:

  • Attend daily sales stand up meetings and be ready to take notes and bring up tasks/processes that need to be done that day
  • Manage payment collections from clients using Stripe, Google sheets etc.
  • Communicates with clients and CSM about failed payments and reconciling them
  • Communicates with the Sales team and reports to Sales Team Lead with a daily report on payment collections, contracts and other client onboarding & payment related activities
  • Make sure all SOPs are followed by the sales team in the in the CRM and improve it
  • Track all the sales made and individual sales rep commissions in tracking sheets
  • Go over Sales appointments for the day and communicate with Sales Team Lead on the amount, what source they came in from etc.
  • Improving & maintaining sales/CSM SOPs including client handover, contracts, follow ups etc

Requirements:

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 1-2 years of job experience as a Sales coordinator
  • Experience with using online apps (prior experience working in an online company, especially SaaS or online service providing company is a huge advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of tech (Stripe, funnels, internet marketing apps)
  • Professional experience in a role that requires managing and automating processes using abovementioned apps
  • Strong communication and personality
  • Experience in an online business or online contracts, payments etc. required
  • You're a natural communicator, easy going and connects dots/people/departments without effort
  • Fluent in English

Working hours:
Willing to work North American time-zone (GMT -6)
