About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years in leading the facilitation and coordination of meetings with Indigenous groups
  • Experience creating and finalizing reports on facilitated sessions —please specify the number of projects you've participated in
  • Bilingualism in English and French (required)
  • To be a Canadian citizen who has or is able to acquire a Reliabilitylevel security clearance
About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Facilitate consultations with Indigenous groups to update the agency guidelines
  • Create and submit a final report summarizing input and recommendations
  • Review documents and prepare communication materials for outreach
  • Coordinate and lead consultation meetings, documenting feedback
  • Analyze consultation input and recommend updates to the Draft Guide
