What will you be responsible for?

  • Plan and coordinate the identification, elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements.
  • Participate in the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
  • Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
  • Manage and execute the deployment and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in formal and informal training; gain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in an Information Technology Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Software Testing or similar role
  • International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) Certification or planning to complete is preferred.
  • Experience working with Information Technology Service Management Tools for Change Management / Deployments
  • Agile / Scrum Certifications considered an asset.
  • Diploma in Computer Systems
  • Platform Experience / Certifications is preferred (such as Salesforce, M365 and nCino)
  • Business Relationship Management Professional Certification or planning to complete is preferred.
  • Experience working with Automated Testing Tools is desirable but not required.
