  • Prepare and package deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and meats according to company standards.
  • Operate deli equipment including slicers, ovens, and fryers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area.
  • Handle cash transactions
  • Follow food safety protocols to ensure product quality and freshness.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
  • Must use a meat slicer
  • Must be able to lift 2540 pounds

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and portioning.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Proficient in sanitizing work areas and equipment regularly.
