Whether you're helping customers connect with members of our specialized teams or finding answers to their questions regarding our many sales and service offerings, you're ready to quickly share your knowledge and ensure we're offering our best.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years customer service experience.
  • Excellent computer and keyboard skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong timemanagement and prioritization skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
