Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, booking vehicles for repair and Insurance claims.
- Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Followup calls to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems and Microsoft suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Secondary School (preferred)
