·Createanalignedframework,playbook,andmaturityassessmentforanalyticsacross functional stakeholder groups. Own the execution of this one created.
·Lead,manage,andimprovethemonthlyonboardingprogramforinternalteam members.
·Overseethecreationanddeliveryofstandardanalyticstrainingpackages,managing user stories from our 24 product teams.
·Handleallend-usercommunicationsaboutourplatform(e.g.planneddowntime notifications, quarterly recaps, new programs)
·Developandimplementtargetedmarketingcampaignstoincreaseplatform engagement and user satisfaction.
·Partner with the team to create engaging contentfor training materials, newsletters, and announcements tailored to the needs of the user base.
·Gatheruserfeedbacktoinformcontinuousimprovementofthetrainingandcommunication materials.

Base Salary Range: 103K - 155K
