The Customer Solutions Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the order entry of MSG and/or SSG orders as required sending out repair estimates and Service Form requirements Bridging orders between GHX and the ERP system as well as other jobs as required.


Job Duties:

  • Provides accurate and timely delivery with 98% accuracy of the following.

This would include but not be limited to:

  • Order Entry and Order Confirmations.
  • EDI/GHX Order Management.
  • Service Request form follow up.
  • Chemical Invoicing.
  • Ensure daily KPI's expectation are met or exceeded.
  • All other tasks and requests necessary to provide exceptional Customer Service and to assist the Customer Solutions Team to perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Effectively adhere to and utilize company and division policies and procedures to assist with problem resolution.
  • Perform other related duties and/or work as assigned.

Job Qualification:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer servicerelated experience requested.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred:

  • Experience with order entry ERP systems an asset.
  • Basic to Medium Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Motivated results oriented and persistent.
  • Proactively takes initiative.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and works well within a team environment.
  • Handles stressful situations in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effectively prioritizes workload/time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/customer service skills.
