Our client is sourcing a Financial Reporting Analyst for a 3-Month Contract.

About the Opportunity
  • Assist in the month-end closing process to ensure all procedures are completed promptly the client and consolidated entities
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries, completing various process tasks including reconciliations, preparing working papers and associated calculations
  • Participate in preparing the draft review of quarterly working papers, including E&E, DD&A, A&D, ARO, impairment
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly working papers
  • Assist in compilation of financial statements and MD&A ensuring that the related disclosures are accurate and complete in accordance with IFRS standards
  • Participate in researching and implementing new accounting standards projects and handling complex transactions
  • Assist with external audit requests
About You
  • 3 years of experience in financial reporting environment
  • Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements
  • CPA is an asset but not required
  • Oil & gas experience is an asset
