What You'll Do
At Rack Attack, we are all about creating more space for our gear guides and community to explore their next adventure safely and seamlessly. We strive to be an inclusive, positive and collaborative workplace for everyone. This role is a great opportunity to use your customer service skills, passion for adventure, and creativity to develop personalized, easy experiences for everyone.
As a Keyholder you will:
- Administer trusted guidance to our community about the product, guaranteeing that everyone is paired with the best solution for their lifestyle and needs;
- Provide outstanding 360 degree service, ensuring a top-tier Rack Attack experience;
- Sustain store product displays and other merchandising activities;
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store;
- Assist with product installations;
- Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager as well as other team members;
- Maintain accurate store records including invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, appointment bookings, special requests, hold tags, phone messages, inventory transfers, cash outs etc.;
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment by being a team player;
- Open and close the store; and
- Perform other related duties, as required by the Store Manager.
What You'll Earn
We want you to feel comfortable and be able to support your authentic lifestyle. As part of our unique compensation package, you will earn spiffs on certain sales and installations in addition to your base hourly wage. Different from commission, our spiffs are very attainable and are a substantial part of your compensation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience;
- Automotive and/or mechanical knowledge preferred;
- Passion for adventure and/or cars;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
- Ability to communicate professionally with our community and gear guides;
- Capacity to work well in a team and collaborate with others;
- Safety-first mindset; and
- Ability to contribute to a respectful culture and healthy work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
