Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling patients and providing the best patient care possible.
  • Facilitate a pleasant and professional patient experience
  • Obtaining and entering patient information into the system
  • Following up with Patient insurance (breakdowns, predeterminations, following up on payments)
  • Working on Account receivables
  • Keeping a full schedule
  • Ensuring all patients are booked back, treatment plans are entered and accurate
  • Keeping an organized work environment
The office provides a great work-life balance with a schedule of Monday

  • Friday with the occasional Saturday shift if needed.
Wonderful environment and great team relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dental office administration is preferred. We provide training to employees with no experience.
  • Must be proficient with computers and previous Tracker practice management software experience would be considered an asset.
