As a Senior Distribution Network Marketing Integrator, you act as the direct representative of the distribution network within marketing, serving to advance the vision, business objectives and client strategy for the distribution networks assigned to you. You act as the key marketing consultant to the distribution network on all aspects of marketing, collaborating with, and influencing different areas that develop the company's product and service offerings. You play an influential role and help solve problems using your analytical skills, marketing expertise and in-depth knowledge of the networks you support. The nature of the work requires extensive expertise in marketing and mastery of interpersonal relations is an essential skill. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Work with, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders: marketing teams, technical and subject matter experts, data analysts, senior decision-makers, and others as required
- Think outside the box to resolve complex issues in an agile and cross-functional environment
- Create presentations that effectively convey insights, ideas, and strategic recommendations
- Function with agility and autonomy in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action when faced with ambiguity
- Maintain a close relationship with the network's sales and operations teams, ensuring that you understand their needs, challenges, objectives, and priorities
- Bring the business perspective to the development, implementation, and promotion of offers and services, ensuring they are aligned with the needs of members, clients and business partners
- Advise and support the network in the positioning, planning, development, implementation and follow-up of various projects, mandates, and strategic files

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or an appropriate discipline
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience

- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English and French speaking partners, members and/or clients
