The Role: Join the quickly growing team at JD Sports Canada as a Back of House Coordinator at Oshawa location. Enhance your operations skills and stock experience in the retail industry while playing a vital role in ensuring team success.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Front of House associates in fulfilling in-store customer requests.
  • Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring accurate labelling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
  • Contribute to retail profitability through timely and organized inventory management, e-commerce sales processing, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with customer service and stores via daily communication channels.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize store shrinkage and optimize sales.
  • Utilize inventory system on a daily basis.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

  • Require 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience.
  • Experience with Shopify platform is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and problem-solving.
  • Attentive to detail and task-oriented.
