As the Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily closing duties, including preparing accurate sales reports;
  • Demonstrating extensive product knowledge and staying informed about new offerings;
  • Adapting to variable working hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends;
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the café, in addition to other required tasks;
  • Overseeing workflow, training new hires, and creating/manage team schedules;
  • Evaluating staff performance and providing constructive feedback;
  • Assisting in resolving issues and disputes among team members.

Job Type:
Full Time

Salary:
$20 - $22.50
