Your Purpose:


As the Technical Sanitation Specialist, you will assist the In-House Service Technicians in the Customer Care department with product testing (lifting and standing) and cleaning, and similar duties as required.

Eventually moving to a position as Service Technician.

Your Primary Duties:

  • Cleaning and polishing equipment for Project and Configured tests, CEO line tests, and RMA.
  • Loading/Unloading products into and out of machines.
  • In charge of Projects product samples handling (in/out/storage).
  • Keeping test area clean and tidy

Your Secondary Duties:

  • Assisting Logistics Manager / Building Maintenance as requested:
  • Washroom maintenance (clean and replenish supplies)
  • daily
  • Mop the shop floor walking areas
  • daily
  • Clean out the staff fridge every couple Friday
  • Ensure all lighting is working and report on Maintenance request book

  • Clean the washbay area (ex. food, leftover, dirty pans, etc.)
  • Perform maintenance of building outside (ex. salt in winter, etc.) and inside (ex. restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, etc.)

  • Other duties can be assigned by the Customer Care Manager or In-House Service Technicians

Work Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Monday-Friday: 7:30am3:30pm or 8:30am 5:00pm

What your qualifications are:

  • You are physically strong, able to lift 50lb loads multiple times daily.
  • You have previous food industry sanitation experience.
  • You have good verbal and written command of the English language.
  • You can interact with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • You are excellent organizational, and time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • You can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • You exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service.
  • You work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods.
