Key Job Functions

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of programs that we administer through Employment Ontario, and how we can support the individual needs of job seekers and employers.
  • In collaboration with the Employer Account Manager, this role plays an integral and strategic role in developing, strengthening, and maintaining strong relationships with employers, connecting our value proposition to their workforce development needs.
  • Liaise with internal crossfunctional teams (including Operations, L&D, and branch staff) to improve the entire employer service experience and positive longterm outcomes.
  • Support and foster the employer relationship on a daytoday basis by coordinating the following:
  • Respond to all inquiries, coordinate, and collaborate with L&D/Community Partners team to develop and facilitate virtual employer workshops, upskill training, DEI, sensitivity training, compliance, etc., supporting the workforce needs of our employers.
  • Ensure all job postings reflect the current labor market.
  • Maintain all job postings within KPI timelines, including status updates with the employer.
  • Advocate and promote our client's individual skillsets to employers with a focus on the most barriered and unrepresented groups and the value that they bring to an organization.
  • Scheduling Interviews and followup, ensuring accommodations if required, are in place in collaboration with the branch.
  • Responsible for collaboration within the branch to ensure a successful transition into the clientserved phase.
  • Prepare and update all necessary required documentation for employer incentives.
  • All activities and communication will be case noted within the employer profile in realtime.
  • Clientserved targets are aligned with the assigned branches.
  • Consistent collaboration with the branch throughout the lifecycle of our clients.
