- Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne.**Responsabilités**
- Examiner toutes les demandes de CPG et de dépôt pour en vérifier l'exhaustivité, l'exactitude et la clarté. Gérer et traiter les transactions financières ou non financières spécifiques à un produit, conformément aux normes, politiques et procédures de la Banque Laurentienne.
- Rechercher, préparer, traiter, répartir et rapprocher toutes les transactions financières et non financières pour les clients et en assurer le contrôle qualité. Vérifier l'exactitude, la clarté et l'exhaustivité de son propre travail et veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires et d'audit interne et externe
- Effectuer le rapprochement des dossiers CANNEX, des transactions au guichet et des relevés bancaires afin d'en garantir l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité
- Mener les recherches nécessaires pour résoudre des questions complexes
- Effectuer des recherches et répondre aux demandes des clients internes et externes, y compris du service à la clientèle ou des conseillers financiers, en ce qui concerne les produits et les questions de traitement. Agir en tant qu'expert en matière de produits bancaires et de dépôts
- Exécuter sa charge de travail quotidienne dans des délais stricts impartis par la Banque Laurentienne et gérer tout problème en collaboration avec la direction.
- Prendre part à des projets spéciaux et accomplir toute autre tâche de même nature ou d'ordre général demandée par son supérieur ou exigée dans le cadre de ses fonctions.

**Qualifications**
- Bonne connaissance des transactions bancaires et dépôts. Solides compétences en matière de traitement des comptes CPG enregistrés et non enregistrés. Expertise en matière d'utilisation des systèmes SIBL et CPS
- Souci du détail et capacité à contrôler la qualité.
- Diplôme postsecondaire, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vitesse de frappe de 35 à 40 mots la minute; précision indispensable.
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes de bases de données complexes et de grande envergure; capacité à assimiler les fonctions d'interrogation des systèmes de traitement administratifs.
- Bonnes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement exigeant où les échéances sont très serrées.
- Savoir s'organiser, gérer son temps et effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Faire preuve de motivation ainsi que de volonté de progresser et de réussir.
- Capacité de travailler efficacement avec d'autres personnes au sein d'une équipe.
- Souplesse nécessaire pour travailler selon un horaire en alternance compris entre 7 h 30 et 18 h
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), à l'oral et à l'écrit, actif
