Post-Secondary Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, with a minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in Human Resources.

Experience working in a community, and/or human services environment is preferred.
# A well-defined sense of diplomacy , including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills, with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and employees.
# High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts, while using effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
# Excellent time management skills , ability to set priorities in an environment that has multiple competing demands.
# Strong HR technology skills : knowledge of Inclusion payroll, Humi, HRDownloads, and Open Future Learnings considered an asset.

Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly; Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
