Role Overview:
Join our team as a Project Coordinator, responsible for supporting various Occupational Health and Safety initiatives. You will work closely with the Project Advisor/Project Manager and demonstrate a deep understanding of OH&S, program management, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop OH&S documents like Job Hazard Analysis, Safety Manuals, Risk Assessments, etc.
- Execute operational plans to meet business objectives and implement risk management strategies effectively.
- Prepare and analyze variance reports for clients to ensure project alignment.
- Implement escalation procedures to address project challenges promptly.
- Foster internal collaboration to enhance implementation capabilities and streamline processes.
This role demands a strong grasp of Occupational Health and Safety, exceptional project management abilities, and effective collaboration skills with clients and internal teams for successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, or Human Resources.
- Proficient in office software like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Travel may be necessary, including trips across Ontario for client visits.
- A Valid Driver License is mandatory.
